Vladislav Cvetkovic is Director in PwC Serbia and the Chairman of the Management board of NALED. He has 28 years of professional experience both in private and public sector, in areas of Financial advisory, Privatization, Investments, Policy development, Project management and Strategy development. During his 12 years in the public sector, Vladislav was leading or participating in project teams on many of the major reform projects of the transition governments in Serbia. This included Banking sector reform and the privatizations of Serbian banks, restructuring and privatization of large state-owned companies and other reform agenda projects developed and executed with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, National bank of Serbia, Ministry of Energy, Telecommunication, and various other regulatory bodies and agencies. As Director of Serbian Privatization Agency in the period of 2009-2013, Vladislav was responsible for privatization origination, structuring, negotiation and execution on numerous individual privatization and restructuring projects, including privatization policy development and legal framework improvements. In PwC, Vladislav is responsible for markets and focused on Advisory Services. He was leading on several large Infrastructure, policy improvement and capacity building projects, assisting private clients, public sector institutions and international donors.
